On Friday the 11th of March 2011, Atlas Jaymar do Brasil Ltda (AJdB) purchased all shares of Parceria de Servicos Maritimos Ltda. Parceria de Servicos Maritimos Ltda is a Brasilian Shipping Company (EBN). This further strengthens AJdB position within the Brasilian market, allowing the company to offer Vessel Management support for foreign vessels coming to Brasil as well as supplying the core business activity of Crew Management. AJdB will be ready to operate as a Brasilian Shipping Company within a few months, following the official merger, allowing a more complete service to our clients.
